October Class Schedule

It's time for some holiday creating! Check out what's coming up.

Friday, October 7th 6pm.
We will be making 3 fun projects for birthdays. Cost is $18.

Thursday October 13th at Fisherman's Landing Clubhouse at NOON.
We make 3 cards for you to take home. All are welcome. Cost is $15.

Thursday night October 13th at 6pm
I will teach the same class from earlier in the day at my house.

Thursday night, October 20th at 6pm.
We will be making super cool Holiday items. Cost is $18

Saturday October 29th, we will be at the French Market on Beach St in Daytona Beach from 9am to 4pm. We will be on ISB near the corner. Come see us and tell your friends!

Sunday, October 30th, at 1pm. Stamp Camp
We will make a boxed set of holiday cards with envelopes. Includes 6 cards, envelopes and decorated gift box. Cost is $22.

You must RSVP to each class at least 5 days prior. Classes and events may change. Bring your adhesives and basic tools to class (if you need a list, let me know). Our projects are over-the-top and easy to learn. Join us for some creativity and new friends! You deserve it!

It's beginning to look a lot like...

Look at this cute vignette made with the petal cone die, stocking builder punch and petal card punch. I also used glimmer paper, the new tiny jingle bells, and rhinestones. These would make cute party favors, place cards or decorations. You could personalize each one with a name on the stocking. The gift box will hold a Hershey nugget perfectly.

Sunsational Craft Event!!

It's official. Our next fabulous paper crafting event is Saturday, July 30th from 10 am to 4 pm. A full day of relaxing creativity, lunch, doorprizes and more! It will be held again at Lora's awesome studio in De Leon Springs in beautiful rural surroundings. This is a perfect excuse to get away for the day for some "me" time. Cost is $40. I love a design challenge. And lately I had two. This is one of those. My client wanted a card for his brother and his new baby boy. He is a total surfer. I didn't want to go the usual baby blue, stork route. This is what I came up with. My client loved it.

Queen for a Day was a fabulous success!!

Thanks everyone who came out to our first "Queen for a Day" crafting event. It was a beautiful day on a beautiful piece of property. Everyone enjoyed themselves and said they would come again. Thanks so much to Lora for letting use her fabulous new studio for the event. I have included a few photos.

Grab Bags by Stampin' Up!

Check out the clearance rack on my Stampin' Up! website. There are a bunch of new items along with three sizes of grab bags. For $5, $10, or $15 dollars you can choose a grab bag size that is guaranteed to be worth a lot more than you paid. Each bag will contain a variety of discontinued products that could include a combination of any of the following: ribbons, Accents & Elements, chipboard, Designer Series Papers, and Simply Sent kit components. We are excited to announce our first big crafting event. May 7th form 10am - 4 pm join us for a day of crafting, relaxing and socializing. The studio overlooks a lake on a big piece of property. Some Easter treat boxes to die for...

These boxes were inspired by Mary Fish. She made tiny versions of the bunnies and chick on tiny petal card boxes. Super cute!! I made punch art bunnies and a chick on boxes made from the scallop envelope die. We will be making these at Big Shot Class on March 30th. Easy and fun project. The boxes can hold Ghiradelli chocolates.

Sweet Slice of Life 3 x 3 card set

We made this sweet little set of 3" x 3" cards using the level one hostess set, Slice Of Life, and You're a Gem stamp set from the Occasions Mini. I saw the idea on Mary Fish' blog and loved it!. I encouraged everyone to use their imagination and create their own combinations. We also made the matching envelopes from a pattern I saw on YouTube.  We made the box using the #2 box Bigz XL die.

It's a beautiful day...

It's beautiful outside today. I look around and realize how lucky I am. Living in Florida is fabulous, even if we have had some record breaking cold temps the last 2 years.I am living my dream this year by vowing to build my Stampin' Up and paper crafting business. I see no reason not to. I will not let the economy or nay-sayers stop me. Want to join the fun?
